it is the frustration that comes with things not happening your way. when you tolerate such things, you are letting the frustration build up silently and what frustration does is put you in a bad mood so you live constantly in a bad mood which stops you from experiencing happiness and so in order to stop all of these from happening, Dont tolerate such things.

pain disrupts our comfort and so whenever you are trying to get out of your comfort zone to do a thing, it is necessary to feel pain because the pain is a sign that you are gradually leaving your comfort zone.like when i started gym training, i felt pain because i was doing something outside of my comfort but when you need to feel the pain because it comes with what you are trying to achieve outside of your comfort zone and the reason why some backtrack and never achieve more is because they hate the taste of pain. Pain is a test to see how bad you want a thing, if you cant endure the pain, you cant get the thing you want to achieve outside of your comfort zone.

i think freedom is without limitation but the way we use this freedom is what could put a limitation. you have freedom to speak but what you stay can either stop you from saying any more and therefore puts a limitation to your freedom to speak.

Why is our freedom pronounced and listed to us? does it mean that we are still slave to somethings that are not listed in our freedom?

motive is the only way to judge a action because some people do the wrong thing for the right reason and some may not see the action as wrong because it is the only way they have to achieve what they want, so before we judge a person action lets see why he did it.

Motive is only disclosed to the one who have it but the action is public. I learned not to pay attention to what someone does but rather on why he did it because the why is the only way i can understand the what and i guess this is how it ought to be in a relationship, the best way to understand someone is to get to know his or her motives behind her actions because you might be wrong if you try to understand through his or her actions but with motive it is certain.

Sometimes i think to be a problem solver, you have to be both pessimist and optimist. Most entrepreneurs are both because they need to see a problem before they can solve it. I think the existence of problem is necessary because there wouldn’t be bank, companies and all other firms because the sole reason why all these are built is to be a solution to solve a problem. When you are problem solver you are more likely to have a business quick enough than those that aren’t.

i think that helping hand is one of the things Nigeria needs to bring peace, stop crime vices and ensures the growth of the country because when we seek to help each other out of their problems,we are solving personal problems. our personal problem is the result of most of Nigeria’s problem as a whole and when we solve personal problems, we are solving the nations problem.

the irony, givers never lack. i used to think that when you give you are loosing things and soon you will have nothing left or not enough thing for yourself but after more reading of books, i realized that when we give, we are creating emptiness in our life that God can pour into. God can never pour into someone that is not a giver because like a bucket filled to the brim with water because it is not empty, there is not reason to pour water in there again. when we dont give, we are presenting ourselves filled and so God can’t pour you a blessing.

i think that there are levels of respect and although it is true that respect is reciprocal, it cant be on the same level. so sometimes because we are able to give high respect to someone, we expect that we also get on the same level but it end up being lower. what should the person do in this case?

i think fear is related to the level of power. thats why we must fear God because he is all powerful.
when i see the vice chancellor of my school from afar, student often time hassle to their destination because of the level of power the Vc has compared to the lecturers.
