    Babsibik… I share your opinion.

    However, I still think that whichever approach we choose, should depend on the type of person the leader is.

    In a situation where you know the leader is soft, Agitation might quickly get results. In cases where the leader is hard-hearted, diplomacy might prove to be the best approach. Agitation in most cases comes at a cost and usually, it’s those who are agitating that pay all of the cost. The leaders might have little or nothing to lose.
